You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and remain responsible for all activity on your account.

Luvu helps families track baby care activities, milestones, wellness data, and collaborate with caregivers. We may add, remove, or modify features at any time. Certain advanced features require an active subscription, described below.

4. Subscriptions & Billing
Luvu offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, “Luvu Premium”, available as Monthly (USD $9.99/month) or Yearly (USD $79.99/year) plans. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the renewal price. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device settings: • On iOS: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions • On Android: Google Play > Payments & subscriptions

5. Trials, Promotions & Refunds
If you start a free trial, it converts to a paid subscription when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before expiration. Promotional offers may be available from time to time and may include different pricing or terms. All purchases are final. Refund requests must be submitted directly through Apple Support or Google Play Support in accordance with their policies.

6. Invitations & Shared Access
Account owners can invite additional caregivers using an invitation code or link. Invitees who accept gain access to the baby profile specified by the account owner and may have different permission levels (view or edit). You are responsible for the actions of caregivers you invite.

You retain ownership of data you upload, including notes, photos, and activity logs. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service. You are responsible for backing up your data. Luvu may remove content that violates these Terms.

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes prohibitions on reverse engineering, copying or scraping data, uploading malicious code, harassing other users, or violating any applicable laws or regulations. Luvu may suspend or terminate access for violations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California for disputes that are not subject to alternative dispute resolution.
